Saul is a very experienced British trainer and facilitator, based in both Norway and the UK. He has a Masters in Law from Cambridge University leading to 10 years frontline experience as an international banking and corporate lawyer.
From there, Saul developed his career via professional theatre and broadcast journalism (BBC Radio). It has all helped him build over 25 years’ experience in training, facilitation, and management consultancy. He has a proven pedigree in the design, development, and delivery of high-performance programmes for a wide range of clients – including world-class multinationals and specialist businesses.
Saul thrives in the classroom and with blended and online solutions.
Saul’s expertise includes leadership and team development, negotiation and influencing, communication skills personal presence and impact, storytelling, and cultural and emotional intelligence.He works with set-piece large audiences, smaller target groups and individual senior executives.Off stage, Saul loves the great outdoors, great company and any sport involving a green surface and a ball.

Berit brings colourful experience and expertise in many forms of communication and performance. Her professional credits span music, broadcasting, journalism, TV production and casting. She is a naturally gifted storyteller, in every sense – from origination, design and development right through to delivery and execution.
Berit has worked on many platforms for over 25 years. In front of and behind the TV camera, in front of and behind the radio microphone, as an artist and as a trainer in dissemination to politicians, broadcasters and journalists.
Her interactions with all her colleagues and clients come with trademark warmth, wisdom and wit.
Berit’s core skills include TV and radio broadcasting, high impact communication, storytelling, speechwriting, music, 1:1 coaching and mentoring, creativity and facilitation. She is the most used presentation coach for journalists in front of the camera in Norway.
