Hey Julia, what I consider to be GREAT content is something that is fresh, unique, time appropriate, useful in terms of value addition and not just a bunch of words ultimately being a sales pitch.
It's noticeable when a piece of content has got significant work and effort put into it.
I'll give you a simple example: What I consider to be ineffective, bad content is like when it's summer season, yet there are content pieces talking about outerwear clothing hacks when people should be putting out content that tells one how to beat the heat, how to work effectively when it's hot out, what you can do to cool yourself etc.
Something I've considered when I'm unable to think of quality content is repurposing my older content pieces and ideas. I came across this concept in a blogpost I follow (link below) and it was extremely informative and helpful. I considered giving this strategy a shot with one of my older pieces which did not perform as much as I'd hoped and this time around, it did wonders! I was able to put a fresh spin on the same topic from years ago, with the newer tips and tactics, and voila - I had something truly great.
Hope this helps!
Hey Philippe, here are some blogposts I've come across that have helped me immensely with my own business efforts:

Hi Paige, to organise my blog content, I use a content calendar, otherwise known as an editorial or social media calendar. Having a content calendar is like having a daily to-do list for your tasks - you know what is to be done on that day, at what time, which task has the highest priority.
A content calendar will help give a comprehensive view of all your content ideas, each project's status, schedule details and so on.
Tools like Google Sheets (most common), Trello, CoSchedule are some options you can try.
I found this blog on the same very informative and helpful with creating my own content calendar. Hope this helps! https://blog.narrato.io/how-to-create-and-manage-a-blog-content-calendar/
