    @circa does a really good job of engaging their users in a non invasive way. Slide 49. They engage the right users at the right time to improve reviews, and channel negative feedback away from the app store.

      If only more companies would invest time into testing & analyzing their reputation strategy. I've deleted useful apps, solely due to the timing & frequency of their review requests. If you're repeatedly requesting reviews from your users or asking for a review too early, you could be creating a poor experience for your users. Testing & optimizing are important in every aspect of building a product. I feel that many companies overlook this part.

    I was really impressed with these slides. I especially like slide 6 that breaks down the AARRR framework specifically for Mobile Apps.

    @sean Excellent points were brought up in the App Store content discussion. Different icons and screenshots may not only have a higher CVR rate but can also drive higher/lower key metrics like monetization and retention. I look at the App Store Product page as part of the onboarding process of an app and not just a gateway to the app stores.
