    For mobile marketing, the most tangible form of AI I'm seeing in use today is in chatbots. Other than that, it's still very thin out there, at least to my knowledge.

    ML won't just allow mobile marketers to use all the available data to gain intelligent user-specific insights but would go a long way in helping them predict user behavior based on both historical and real-time actions. ML goes a step further and helps mobile marketers identify the underlying factors used to make these predictions as well - helping them create highly focused user segments that need to be treated and communicated with differently.

    For instance, if you can leverage ML to predict the purchase patterns of a user on an e-commerce platform, one can be equipped to tailor-make hyper-personalized engagement campaigns sent out at the right time to avoid an abandoned cart situation and increase conversions.

    In essence - by creating predictability around users' actions and behavior, you increase your chances of driving higher user engagement, monetization and retention; all on the back of intelligent data.
