What tools do you use to aggregate data from multiple places?
I don't know if this answers your question but I use ParseHub to pull the data and then import it into several Google Sheets, which I then combine into a pivot table.

When I was working on a market basket analysis for product sales, I exported the data into a CSV file and then further aggregated it using R programming language. Finally the result was visualised using R Studio.
