The customers use case is that essentially they have a large list of users who've subscribed to their list. They want to increase their open rate for a product their launching and therefor want to test micro-targeted emails based on Linkedin / Twitter info.

The hypothesis is that through micro-targeting they'll deliver content that is more appealing to each user, and in turn have a higher CTR & Conversion rate. Would love to hear the communities discussion on this. Strategies, experiences or other banter appreciated.

    So far in researching for this topic I've found a tool called Full Contact (Paid Tool) that has an excel based API tool that uses email for pulling social network information. I've used it in the past, and is pretty incredible but I'm looking at discovering other options or strategies from the community. (Paid or Free)
