The customers use case is that essentially they have a large list of users who've subscribed to their list. They want to increase their open rate for a product their launching and therefor want to test micro-targeted emails based on Linkedin / Twitter info.
The hypothesis is that through micro-targeting they'll deliver content that is more appealing to each user, and in turn have a higher CTR & Conversion rate. Would love to hear the communities discussion on this. Strategies, experiences or other banter appreciated.
