Hi everyone. I am one of the founders of an Indian based E-commerce company. We've been struggling with linear growth down here for the past 3 months. I figured out that while I may be good at getting my company to my first million (and repeating that again), I am clueless about how to scale it to the next 10 millions. Hence I will step down as a CMO and get someone with more experiences in scaling marketing efforts and revenue. I am struggling to understand that person's profile. What would be his exact competency? What would he be doing that I did not on the journey to our first million in revenues? Your inputs are appreciated :)
