What are the best strategies to use when link building?
It's very simple. Build valuable content and distribute it to the right audience using free and / or paid mediums. The more valuable the content is, the more organic links you 'll gain
Agreed that content marketing is the best strategy. Don't overlook the importance of the promotions aspect, though. Creating great content isn't enough these days since there's so much out there. Every time you create something, you have to know its specific target audience and plan for how you'll reach them.
Think about where in the funnel your target audience is and the best ways to get the content in front of them. For example, if it's middle-of-the-funnel, you can pitch your content to industry publishers and promote it through your email list. But if you're just trying to get your name out there,
