Listing websites are marketplaces, often two-sided. That means you have to address the supply and demand side. SEO is usually a great way to do that but also community building through social network features, email lists, etc.

I can't think of growth hacks without knowing specific facts about the product and market but look at what startups like Airbnb, UBER, and GrubHub did.

Hey Kevin. Let's say that I would be keen on listing my online and LIVE courses in different technical and non-technical courses on different websites with two purpose- one to strengthen my SEO and second to generate leads with targeted traffic.

Why do you want to spread your content on different sites, instead of creating one big hub yourself?

Such websites have a ton of user-generated content, so the emphasis should be around organic search

I think this framework by Brian Balfour will be super helpful --> https://brianbalfour.com/essays/hubspot-growth-framework-100m. Bottom-line, I agree with Yannis' comment. With a typical listing website and its typical lower customer lifetime value, the biggest growth "hack", although I hate using that word, and assuming you want scale big, is focusing on optimizing & driving UGC/listings to drive traffic via organic search.
