Re: Improvement - The best thing you can do is test. Test. Test. Test. Sign up for an email platform that allows you to run A/B testing across a variety of email components such as subject line, email body, delivery time/date, etc. Every time you send out an email test a specific component with a few variations to see what gets the highest performance. For example, subject lines (probably) have the highest influence on open rates - try testing separate subject lines that have a sense of urgency, that features a promotion, and a solution.
