What I'm trying to accomplish: - Capture leads with forms, landingpages, etc. (Leadpages or Unbounce could do the trick, if there is a good integration to the email and contact management tool) - Different automated email flows based segmentation - Connect data from Mixpanel - Connect data from our CRM (Pipedrive) to this system (mainly push contacts from Pipedrive into the marketing software) The critical factor is the contact management, easy segmentation ability and workflows. I used Hubspot in the past and it worked fine for what I was trying to accomplish. But I'm now looking for something without the social media features, CMS, etc. that I don't use anyway. An example of what the system needs to be able to do: If someone downloads an ebook, he will receive a number of nurture emails. If, during that time, he also signs up for a free trial, the automated post-download nurture emails should stop. And he should only get the trial emails. Thanks for the help!

I use Drip (getdrip.com) for email capture, segmentation, (awesome) workflows, nurture emails, lots of integration options from Zapier to Webhooks to API

Bonus: Drip also plays nicely with Pipedrive

I've been using Ometria (https://www.ometria.com/) recently. Their segmentation tools seem powerful, but it's the workflows within their campaign automation that feel the most powerful. Behaviour based logic with the ability to resend campaigns to those who didn't open the first time around, automagically! :tada:

I'm not quite sure how open the product is at the moment. I'm working within a decent sized startup and paying a hefty subscription for it (i think). Their implementation docs are a little light in places but 99% of what we needed was there.

    Would recommend.

Bad news, Pipedrive doesn't connect with many marketing automation tools. I think the only option you have is Drip, which is quite limited (lacks scoring etc.). Check the integrations page on the Pipedrive website.

Perhaps you should consider migrating to Hubspot CRM + Hubspot, or AgileCRM.

Correction: Drip has lead scoring and will do everything the OP asked for. We integrate with LeadPages, Unbounce, Pipedrive, etc...

      Thanks Satya.

Yup, Pipedrive is indeed not easy to integrate.

But another good option would be to just do occasional manual imports from Pipedrive to the marketing software.

Although Hubspot did the trick for me in the past, there were some frustration points and I think they are a bit too expensive if you don't use all the features (that I don't need).

Drip is indeed one of the options I was looking at.

We did an amazing integration with Wishpond + Pipedrive + Zapier. Works like wonders.

A bit about Wishpond (I am the COO).

We allow you to create landing pages like unbounce and leadpages

We have a native integration with Pipedrive but also with Zapier

We allow you to create segments based on attributes and actions

We allow you to create drip campaign based on actions as well, and stop the drip based on actions (like signups)

    Philippe -

If you don't mind me tossing our hat in mix I would greatly appreciate the chance to have you look at Salesfusion for your marketing automation needs. We just unveiled a brand new user interface that designed by our VP of Product who is a former marketer herself. In fact that's what our CEO and VP of Sales also have in common, they've been marketers for most of their careers. What that means is that our platform has been designed by marketers for marketers. Please let me know if you'd be interested in connecting with us. Either way good luck in your efforts.

I've been using SendX(https://sendx.io) for the past few months. They have a pretty reactive support and have enough features for me to ramp up my own business. They have decent documentation with video tutorials as well.

They're a new startup, I believe. I've a growing small business as well and I'm glad to see the competition here among the various customers bragging about the solutions they use.

I found hubspot's pricing really high for my needs and I'm sure they bring a lot on the plate for me to even start digesting. I've been through quite a few light-weight and decently sophisticated products and chose these guys for they were ready to implement a couple for features I had suggested in the product. I wish everyone here the best in their endeavors and with the platforms they're using.
