Hey everyone!

I am working on a platform which helps people makes automated chat flows/bots and add it on their website. You can also use it as a standalone link.

I have seen quite a few of our users using it for lead generation in multiple ways -

- collect email for newsletter subscription
- sell digital courses
- set up demo meetings

Here is a demo of how it looks - https://leadgen.hellotars.com/conv/rJEQ5u

My question is -

Would you prefer having something like this on your site where you can educate visitors about your product/service. And then collect their personal details to make them a part of your marketing funnel?

You say 'Would you prefer having something like this on your site where you can educate visitors about your product/service', as opposed to what?

Hey Alex - over having a traditional landing page where you try to explain the same thing. This would be much more of a handholding where you explain one thing at a time.

Personally, I am not a fan of chat bots. I can immediately recognize when it is a bot and not a live person (it takes longer than 0.5 secs to write and send 10 words). A client of mine built their sales funnel on a SMS and chat bot thinking that 16 to 18-year-olds would prefer that sort of interaction over a traditional web-based questionnaire. The web-based questionnaire significantly out-performed the SMS and chat bot.

I'd prefer creating a landing page with all of the information in an easy-to-read format with a clear CTA instead of going the chat bot route. If my sales funnel included multiple steps and workflows based on a visitor's answers then I would use a pre-built questionnaire similar to SurveyMonkey or Google Forms.
