So I'm a bit skeptical about the Sean-Ellis test when it comes to e-commerce websites. I'm running an e-commerce project, and the thing is, when I ask paying customers, who would use the website again, and who do recommend it to friends, they say that they'd be "somewhat disappointed" if they can no longer use the service. Now on the one hand, I do admit up-front that I'm not solving a very painful problem. Most of the customers buy my products as gifts. On the other hand, does this mean that I should ignore the customers that I have, and pivot because I'm not hitting the right number. Just a little confused and wanted to know what you guys think about this
