Hi all, I currently have five brands using Hubspot/Salesforce integrations. I'm looking to move away from an inbound platform model (too 'jack of all trades' for my liking). I have a workaround for each of the platform's features with the exception of user journey tracking. Does anyone have any recommendations for substitute tools? I'm sure there are marketers who have done a similar transition and will have good advice. Claire

    I feel your pain. Typically the biggest weakness of a "jack of all trades" platform is they don't do them all equally well. On the flip side if you get an individual platform for each feature it can be a challenge to manage them all. Especially if you're managing multiple brands.

    What specific features are you looking for?

    Right now I'm using the following... (keep in mind I only have to report to myself)

    - Email Marketing: http://mailchimp.com/
    - Social Scheduling: https://buffer.com/
    - CRM: http://www.hubspot.com/products/crm
    - Lead Capturing: http://leadin.hubspot.com/
    - Reporting: https://analytics.google.com/ (keeping it simple)

    But I'm considering trying out https://www.wishpond.com/ soon.

    Thanks for the responses. It's the lead management, profile and profiling side that I need a decent substitute for - there are so many great substitutes for everything else but that's the one feature the inbound platforms do really well!
