I honestly thought Tai Lopez was full of shit. I didn't even give him a chance. I always see his youtube ads with him standing in front of a car, or a million dollar home, and ignored him - playing on my phone - until the 6 sec ad was up. But I decided to give him a shot and watched this Tom Bilyeu interview. He still comes across a little 🙄...but he drops some good nuggets of knowledge in this interview. He's blunt, practical, and matter of fact. And I dig that. I especially liked what he said about: - The Kardashians - Hustling to network - The advantages of being slightly uncomfortable around your network - And first comes money, then comes love - Etc. I listen to these interviews, playing in the background, while I do other monotonous tasks - like my hair. What are your thoughts on Tai and this interview? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jX5eajzLJMU

I don't know - I just listened to one minute of the interview and I learned absolutely nothing. Given the small sample size, I'd say he's just trying to be the next Gary V.

I'm sure the dude knows his stuff and I am sure a lot of what he does say is impactful but a lot of that does need to be taken with a grain of salt.

The only reason I gave this interview a chance was because it's Tom Bilyeu and he doesn't let just ANYONE on his show.

Like I said above, his interview - if you listened to the thing - wasn't bad, even though he still comes across a little as "meh".

He drops 1-2 gold nuggets of knowledge I can walk away with.

I freakin' posted this same video and question in a FB group and MAN, did it spark up some discussion.
Because I think we're ALL more educated in the marketing realm, we look at him with a side eye.
But I still have to admit - he knows how to get, and leverage, attention.
And that's definitely a good CHUNK of the battle in marketing.

Yea, marketers are horrible. We’re the most skeptical group of humans on the internet.

I think it's good for everyone to approach some people with caution.
Watching their actions, instead of whats coming out of their mouth.
