    Yes - but only as long as the userbase fits your target market and you employ best practices. I love marketing on Pinterest because users generally have intent when leveraging that social network:

    Kids birthday ideas
    How to repaint furniture
    Backpacking and survival gear hacks

    Because they are showing intent they are more likely to engage with an ad or post instead of scrolling past it (see: Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.).
