Hello growth hacker community. some time ago we redesigned our homepage and made massive changes in terms of graphic design, animations and content density. The feedback of our existing customers (in the b2b area) was excellent and several orders were completed due to the new design. ('Thats looks cool, we want xyz as well') Now what have noticed is, that although existing customers (and customers we acquire through other channels, through landingpages, empfehlungen etc.) seem to love it, we have noticed a decrease in inbound leads coming through organic/paid website traffic, regarding the conversion rate. I would love to get honest feedback on what your thoughts are, what can be improved in your opinion, and what elements you would remove/change.
