Predicament: I'm living in Thailand currently and a large number of 'fans' of a page I run have recently begun to spam posts with comments that mock / criticize the Thai king. There are lese-majeste laws that I, as a community manager must abide by. Since public criticism is considered and insult to the Royal Thai Family, this type of public speech is considered a crime and puts me at risk of being thrown in jail. Community managers (including FB Page admins or group admins) are legally held responsible and there have been a few cases where group admins have been sentenced to 10 years in jail in the past year. I've grown my fanbase to over 200k with only organic methods and have currently unpublished the page until I figure out how to handle the situation. What would you do?

Do you have engaged members that always contribute positively to the community?
If yes, approach them about helping out.
This is exactly what the GH team did with me and a few others.
It may seem like a leap of faith to give this power to people you may have never met but it's more likely these people will feel a sense of ownership and responsibility when it is in their hands.
