Every week, because if anything goes wrong with the first's week tasks, you can fix the sprint planning in the second meeting and prioritize the activities with bigger impact in a way that you can extract the best results even facing unplanned situations. Plus, in the best case cenario, if your team were able to achieve better results or delivery more than planned, in the second meeting you would be able to guarantee they won't suffer from absence of tasks in the final stretch of the sprint.
