Say, we have only a company or URL, what's the most scalable way to find this information using one or multiple tools. We've purchased lists that only include company name and URL, but are looking to reach out to particular people within each company, but need to do this at volume. Any help would be awesome!

    I've only recently found a tool that does exactly that: https://rocketreach.co/ It's actually given me very accurate results for the names I tried. You don't even need to sign up to try its free version.

    Yeah there is a great Clearbit and Tray.io integration into Slack. It basically means you can type:

    /clearbit-prospects [Search Term] and it will publish a list of everyone it can find who works at that company.

    Alternatively, email hunter is cool - if you download the chrome extension you can go on to people's Linkedin pages and it will take an educated guess at their email. You can then send this info to a leads section. Plug it up to Mixmax mailmerge and you can speedily prospect and also track open and response rates, so you can perfect your outreach email.

    There is also Hubspot CRM http://www.hubspot.com/products/crm. It's a completely free CRM platform integrated also with Gmail. The platform allows you to find all the information that you need. You can also use the platform to send prospect email, keep track of open and response rates and integrated it with other free tools that Hubspot provide.

    You can use a lead generation tools such as salestools or salesfinder. They extract contact data from social media networks and make them exportable to any CRM. Around 70% verified email addresses.
    You can use inbound lead generation tools and methodology such as marketing automation software like Marketo, Hubspot or Pradot. It take longer and more effort to generate leads but those leads are inbounds.
    You can Google it, but good luck with that :)

    This might not be the best tool if you want to do this at volume. But I use rapportive, which has helped me out a bunch of times when looking for email addresses.

    I have had success with Parse Hub and also have heard good things about import.io. Both have pretty powerful capabilities. Keep in mind that you want to gather email addresses ethically and if it is perceived that you are scraping email addresses to spam you can do a lot of damage to your brand (as well as face legal troubles)

    Its amazing that so many tools have come up these days predicting emails and other information. You should download https://holaconnect.com (Disclaimer: I work for them) which fetches not only the email address but also the contact and the social info of the person. The user-friendly extension also allows you to create tag, make action notes and download the CSV with all the relevant info.
