I did a small analysis and saw so many people just closing the website's tutorial tab when they enter any new website for the first time and then they struggle to find out how to use this product, API or website. So, how to reduce this bounce rate and make them read the tutorial/guide?

Maybe the question to be asking is why do you need a tutorial in the first place?
If using the (main feature of the) product isn't intuititive then perhaps that's an indication of a deeper issue.

Also, consider the messaging on the home page as well - is that communicating the core value as well as it should? Is it saying things that would help the user understand what to do once they got to the main product?

Yes, think that we are new to a particular niche market and we have a website and we want users to Signup/login and access our product/service. Since we are new, they might not understand the usage of the product and service initially, in this case, many website owners want to have a tutorial navigation to guide the first time visitors. So my question is, many would just close the tutorial since they think it's boring. What can we do so that the first time user reads it completely? Any solutions for this

If users have to sign up to see the tutorial then you have their email addresses - just email them and ask to speak with them about this. There's no better way to understand the issue.

If users don't have to sign up to see the tutorial, try breaking it up into multiple tooltips that tell them just the most important thing they need to know at the time they'd need to know it.

Alternately if you think the tutorial is so important, make it so that they cannot x out of it and see how that impacts usage.

Toonimo.com (disclaimer - I work for them) and other platforms like them offer interactive walkthroughs that reduce bounce rate, and you even could get analytics reports
