Launched a new product at the start of the year, still in beta but had some early signs of success (12 paying customers and 35 trials in < 4 weeks).

Have had almost 20 different people make contact to see if we have an affiliate program and want to partner. I see this is a positive thing, but am wary about starting third-party sales before really nailing the offer and product?

Any advice out there? Is it too soon?
