I'm doing a mini case-study about the dynamics of a marketing team and how they collaborate, and I need as many answers as possible. Whether you're a marketing manager, or you're coordinating a marketing team, feel free to answer. Here are a few more questions I have: 1. Is your team remote or are you all sharing the same office space? 2. How are marketing team members distributed: 50% Content Writing, 25% Social Media, 25% SEO? Let me know how these percentages look for your team. (and you can add in more roles) 3. What's the size of your company? How many employees does it have? 4.     here at Foundr we:
    1. Have a hybrid team (remote + local)

    2. Your question was "How are marketing team members distributed: 50% Content Writing, 25% Social Media, 25% SEO"
    Which is a tough question to answer. Our content+SEO and most of our social media all work hand-in-hand. So it's hard to separate as a percentage. For pure content like on our Instagram that's split-up, but realistically our content team... is our marketing team and SEO goes into creating in-depth content which goes into social.

    3. Somewhere around 10 people (mixture of full-time, contractors and vas)

    4. Determining what metrics to focus on
