We have natural skin care products. They are really quality products but they are not a solution for any skin problem. They are just natural. i mean, if costumers prefer to buy to natıral stuff, then we can sell the product. But we are losing many leads. They are looking at the product page, reading descriptions and ingredients. But they dont buy.

Why is that happening?

How can we complete conversions?

    It's hard to offer any actionable advice without more info.

    Who is your target audience?
    Where is the traffic coming from? If from ads, what do they say/look like? If from search, what terms?
    What does the page say/look like?
    What is your current conversion rate?

    The more info you can provide, the better.

      Can't agree more with Sean. We could deliver a two-hour presentation on what could prevent sales.

    We'd need more information to give advice on your situation. Here is a list of possible issues that can prevent someone from making a purchase:

    1. Competition/Amazon - Someone goes to your website to view the product but buys it on Amazon for free shipping.
    2. Shipping is too high (See: Amazon).
    3. Product is too expensive.
    4. Product page describes what is in the product, not how someone benefits from using it (i.e. sell the sizzle, not the steak).
    5. Mobile users have a hard time navigating and making purchases on your site.

    This is just five possible issues out of a dozen - maybe more.
