I'd love to understand and get any advice on making a transition to more growth marketing role instead a sales hacker growth? As most growth roles require 2-5+ experience how would one navigate it today?

I started of my startup career as a “B2B business development” guy selling to marketers and talking marketing strategy. But after sometime learning how to capture the attention of enterprise marketing leaders and hard to reach people through cold email I realized that sales was one part of the big picture for traction. I've developed a keen interest in growth, specifically customer acquisition. 

Would love feedback on what other skills are needed to land an entry/junior Growth Hacker role? Or suggestions on any roles that might make sense to get started in this traction marketing roles?
