Ask GH

Hi everyone. I'm thinking this community best place to ask this question. As a Saas product owner, ignoring the SEO harm my business. On the other hand, it's a time-consuming task to manage especially knowing fewer things. There are some consulting company around there like circleclick.com What do you think should I hire someone or learning and doing my own?

It depends on how technically inclined you are and/or if the consultant is legit. I worked as an SEO consultant for 8 years before starting a blog writing service and I still have no problem saying there are snake oil salesmen in the SEO world so if you hire make sure you feel comfortable with them. A good SEO consultant will be very straightforward with you and shouldn't make it sound like there's a bunch of secret sauce.

Google has a good resource on what SEO should include and questions to ask before hiring a consultant which can be found here: https://support.google.com/webmasters/answer/35291?hl=en

If you decide to learn SEO on your own... which takes time. I suggest you check out my becoming an SEO pro guide: https://bloghands.com/blog/4-simple-steps-to-becoming-an-seo-pro

Definitely it's worth hiring seo experts. Check out this company https://masterseo.ca/ . I've heard many great reviews on them
