Has anyone used a public slack for customers? Any tips.
We just launched a public slack for our customers. Anyone got any tips on best practices for managing/engaging such a community?
What's your community? I can add it to be monitored by syften.com - it might help your community grow and increase engagement with those who use Syften. Most people just sign up to Slack but then never bother coming back, so that's a nice way to "recover" some of those people.
