I've watched Sean Ellis' video on the first 3 months of growing GrowthHackers and read his blog post on Bringing a Network Effect Business to Market. In his blog post, he discusses Twitters MVCM was SXSW and Facebook's was Harvard. How does one set a well educated MVCM? If there are any people reading from GrowthHackers.com early days, how did you narrow on your MVCM? Is it always a number of active users or is it rather a set goal of your North Star metric?
