Alex Blumberg's 'Startup' is insanely good. It's such an honest and entertaining account of an entrepreneur stumbling his way through startup life.

Also, not a podcast (but you really only need the audio): Growth Hacker TV. There are a lot of growth related podcasts sprouting up, but this is still my fav. Lots of great guests and Bronson knows the right questions to ask.

Bonus: Stuff You Should Know -- very addictive.

If you're looking for inspiration that stem from stories by interesting people, I'd listen to the Unmistakable Creative Podcast. It's not like your tactical, how-to podcasts. It's for people looking for insights over strategies.

I've become totally addicted to podcasts, so I have continuously grown my list of (amazing) podcasts to fill my listening time:
    - TED Radio Hour
    - 99% Invisible
    - Exponential Wisdom
    - Freakonomics Radio
    - Hidden Brain
    - The Pitch
    - Planet Money
    - Product Hunt
    - Question of the Day
    - The Rocketship Podcast
    - Startup School Radio
    - This is Product Management
    - Unmistakable Creative
    - a16z

So yeah, complete overkill in terms of the number of them, but I can wholeheartedly recommend each and every one.
