Ask GH: what tools you use to find trending articles in your industry domain?
We created renoun.io and I look to learn more about that.
- semrush.com (I use the competitor analysis and the keyword research tool)
I was a huge Swayy fan and was really sad to see their app stop operating once they were acquired by SimilarWeb.
did you try renoun?
Hey Ofir - I just gave Renoun a test drive, I like it! The results were A+ but the experience caught me a bit off guard at times. Overall, I think this is a great tool [especially at this price point :) ] -- Thanks for sharing!
My tool GetCrate.co - Helps in this space as well but is focused around curation more than the trending stuff. Our algorithm does take into consideration what's trending, it's just not the primary goal of the tool.
buzzsumo.com/ is amazing
do you pay for it?
yea... like... they are a company, and the RIO is positive, not a big deal.
I mostly use BuzzSumo (nor surprise there!) and Facebook Trending. Google Trends can also be a great starting point in certain situations. Hacker News can be pretty useful for those whose beat is in technology or startup.
