I do a lot of outreach but don't always have time to log new websites into spreadsheets as I'm working on something. How can I best capture and organize blog leads to work with?

BuzzStream is a great tool for gathering and organizing leads for outreach. BuzzStream offers a shared contact database that allows everyone on your team to see it. Beyond that, my favourite aspect is the email integration that allows you to not only add emails to the contract reports but also send the emails. Strongly recommend this tool - It might be exactly what you're looking for.

Currently this is the IFTTT recipe I'm using to quickly capture blogs and drop into a spreadsheet. It uses Pocket and the tag "lead" as the trigger. https://ifttt.com/recipes/222921-gather-and-organize-website-blog-leads

I personally use Google. Although you can automatically collect data, I prefer to read, evaluate and then add to my "database" or move on to look for something better. It takes much more time, but I believe it's much more effective as I collect e-mails and other useful contact information at the same time I scan website to see if it's of any value to me.
