I work at a marketing firm, and we're providing funds for training courses for all employees. For a mix of social media experts and developers, I'm trying to compile a list of the best marketing and growth hacking courses to provide to my coworkers so we all have an excellent selection of suggestions. I've already signed up for Sean Ellis's course - what else is out there that's worth taking and looking into? So far, https://www.udemy.com/learn-web-scraping-in-minutes/ was suggested by a non-programmer. What else is out there? We want to learn!

    Great question!

I wish I had a resource like this when I first got started. Instead, I kind of hacked together my own education using Quora, blogging and experimenting on my own or with clients...

    Two of my favourites:

    ConversionXL Institute - http://conversionxl.com/institute
-- This team does a great job at all things conversions - from the psychology to the design. It's something that is definitely on the rise in this industry and of all the groups out there, ConversionXL is one of the best. A quick look at their blog shows an example of the type of value you can extract - The insights on Landing Page Optimization alone is worth checking out.

    CopyHackers - http://training.copyhackers.com/
Everything that Joanne and team creates is gold. As someone who invests a lot of time and energy in copywriting, I'd point anyone to CopyHacker with confidence.

I'm currently taking http://www.gimmegrowth.com/ by Dominic Coryell

    It's the best.

    Because Results.

I'm not even finished with the course yet and I've already meaningfully increased the rate of growth in my startup. Taking it makes me feel like I have access to the best, most up to date knowledge out there on growth. And he synthesizes knowledge in a way that is clear and actionable.

He employs weekly growth huddles and coaching to keep students accountable and spur creativity. In addition, to keep things interesting, he invites world renown growth folks like Sean Ellis, Justin Mares to share their knowledge. The amount of content he provides is just extremely impressive.

I can totally vouch for Dominic and his GimmeGrowth course. I went through 500 Startups with Dom, and his advice was amazing. Immediately understands any business he sees, and knows more about performance marketing/growth hacking than anyone I know. Our marketing lead is going through GimmeGrowth at the moment, bringing him some of the best of what Silicon Valley has to offer to us, all the way in Australia!

It's online and in person, I really enjoyed www.reforge.com led by @brianbalfour and @andrewchen. It's more on the advanced side, and relatively expensive, so not for everyone. But, the content is extremely well thought out and the program is very well organized. The networks was one of the most valuable assets as well.

One of the best courses is "The Ultimate Guide To Funnel Optimization" by @seanjohnson https://www.udemy.com/the-ultimate-guide-to-funnel-optimization/ . If you’re a newcomer in the world of Growth Hacking it’s essential for you, to cover the basics as well as to get actionable advices.

Another promising course, which I haven't took btw, it seems it be the "HypeBomb - Growth Hacking for startups" https://www.udemy.com/hypebomb-growth-hacking-for-startups/ by Bronson Taylor of Growth Hackers TV, Doug Logue and Lucas Taylor of Dumb Punk.

ConversionXL's blog can be a bit daunting (it's almost too much to put into action), but I've only heard great things about their course.

I attended Reforge in Fall 2017, and I can confidently say there's no training opportunity for growth professionals that even comes close. I'm still pouring through the content almost a year later, it's truly timeless insight that has changed my entire approach to growth and career development. S/O to @bbalfour for putting in so much hard work, it's worth every penny.

I launched a user acquisition course in partnership w/ GrowthX, a venture capital fund. this course teaches everything i know about growth, which have led me to run multiple million+ sales SaaS platforms including Fomo.com.

my thesis for students: you can build a multi million dollar SaaS company with just a couple hundred visitors per day.

it's all about how you acquire those visitors, and whether they match your target audience. i call this audience your RCP, or "Realistic Customer Profile," instead of the commonly used ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) which is often far-reaching.

the course is composed of 8 modules:

    1. Identifying your Target Audience
    2. Paid Acquisition
    3. Organic Acquisition
    4. Analytics
    5. Partnerships and Referrals
    6. Technical Marketing (SQL, Web scraping, JavaScript event tracking, etc)
    7. Competitive Strategy
    7. Conversion Rate Optimization

each module has ~10+ lectures and 2-4 exercises, which are essentially marketing campaigns.

students who complete the exercises earns instant cash back from their tuition. i believe that the more you learn, the less you should pay.

here's a link to the course, which only opens enrollment once per 3 months:

I am attending conversion coaching course with Peep Laja and I think it offers detailed and integrated material regarding CRO. It is well worth the money. The coaching classes are accompanied with lectures and lessons from some of the best known people from digital marketing. The entire process of CRO is divided into logical parts that flow from each other fluently. And Peep is very good at giving lessons. Recommended.

I recently created a free email course that helps business founders and digital marketers alike check their growth framework. Too often, in my 10+ years of digital marketing, I come across small and large businesses who don't have their customer audience identified properly or are just not tracking the right metrics. This course aims to help companies sort their basic growth framework out.
And for advanced marketers, this course can act as a checklist with extra details and tips.
It's been up only recently and would love any feedback on it :)
