Is it worth using services like Outbrain, Zemanta, Tabolla, etc., to increase the exposure of your best performing blog posts? Obviously, creating interesting, useful, quality, content comes first. Examples, case studies, or roadmaps for getting started? Thoughts on paid content syndication in general? Thanks.

I was wondering the same thing... Im looking for a content syndication tool for enterprises, B2b.

For us, content syndication helps fill TOFU. It won't help hit our quarterly SQL but, coupled with a good nurture program, will trickle down over time.

Do you use any tool for this? ToFu is good enough for us.

The content syndication programs (e.g. IDG, PureB2B, Madison Logic, etc) we run are for lead guarantee with gated contents, not media buy or placement for awareness. So no, we don't use any tools. For blog articles (non-gated contents), we use social channels (organic and paid). It's more targeted (job titles, keywords, etc) than other tools, like Outbrain.

Looks like there isn't a tool yet?! Outbrain consumes quite a lot of money, with very minimal control on our side and totally done by algos. I ran campaigns twice, one was a huge hit, another just ate up all my money.

I came across one by PR Newswire- OVP (Online Visibility Package) it's called. They say they distribute to 8.5k sites all of them who are legitimate partners with PR newswire. But they charge $400/ blog (the kind of money we can't spend on a blog). May be it will be useful to you.
