I head marketing & growth for a well-funded entertainment technology company here in Atlanta. I am looking to hire other experts in growth hacking areas now, but I am having trouble finding the right mix of talent and expertise. I am looking to hire 5 - 7 people. Anyone have any suggestions?

Shameless plug, but we do have a jobs section here on the site. http://growthhackers.com/jobs/ - might find some luck trying to post a job here. Pretty good chance the type of people you're looking for is on this site.

    Good luck with the search!

There was an interesting discussion about the difficulties finding growth ppl awhile back. John Egan (@jwegen) shared his thoughts on how he's approached it at Pinterest:

My advice would be to focus your energy on hiring a badass lead and make it one of their responsibilities to put together the team. A good senior lead will know what they're looking for in employees and (should) have a strong testing framework / blueprint that will allow the other hires to do their job faster, cheaper, better thereby increasing the value of each hire long term. Additionally, the senior will likely know people that they could trust to do the job well.
