We are looking for a seasoned Sr. Customer Acquisition Manager with in-depth experience of data-driven customer acquisition campaigns to join us as we scale TouchNote’s marketing in the USA.

About the Role

Would you be interested in leading the development of strategies and tactics to get the word out about Touchnote in the US and drive qualified traffic to our front door?

This position will be responsible for the deployment of successful offline and online marketing campaigns, building strategic relationships and partnering with key industry players, agencies and vendors as we establish ourselves in the American market.

You’ll measure and report on the performance of all US marketing campaigns, use data and analytics to assess how we are performing against our overall reach, brand awareness and our customer acquisition targets.

Mixing analytical thinking with creative problem solving and the buzz of running campaigns day to day, you’ll be challenged with recruiting new customers within a target CPA, employing a test, optimize, and review approach.

This new role is a chance for someone who is looking for the next step in their career to manage the development and execution of our paid marketing campaigns. You will be reporting to our Marketing Director and work in collaboration to plan, execute, monitor, analyze and review TV and other offline and online marketing campaigns.

REQUIREMENTS

About You:

Essential

  • Ideally 2+ years’ proven experience in a digital marketing role (experience with offline/TV - a big plus)
  • Excellent writer with content marketing experience
  • Expertise in creative development with solid understanding of working with agencies
  • Proven track record of growing campaigns across offline channels and tracking direct response
  • Extremely analytical with high levels of numeracy, at home in a data driven marketing environment
  • Commercially aware and obsessed with ROI
  • Completer / finisher with hawk-eyed attention to detail
  • Competent negotiator

Desirable

  • Experience within a start-up environment
  • Up-to-date with the latest growth hacking methodologies and best practices in performance marketing and measurement
  • Confident, outgoing and in possession of excellent communication skills
  • Ability to shine under pressure whilst being a true team player
  • Actively considers the wider picture, identifying patterns and connections between issues/situation that are not obviously related
