You’ll be responsible for the planning and execution of growth marketing programs that drive engagement and conversion across the full customer journey to achieve targets while improving customer experience. You come equipped with a growth mindset for rapid experimentation, testing idea after idea, to learn fast and grow sustainably. You are an analytical thinker able to make data-driven decisions while sustaining the creativity for unbridled and ongoing ideation. You have the ability to produce engaging copy and content at a fast pace. You will be expected to become a product expert and manage a wide variety of marketing and communications projects in a cross-functional environment.
WHO YOU ARE:
*BA/BS degree with 2+ years experience in marketing, B2B or SaaS experience preferred *Growth-oriented, customer-centric strategic mindset *Passionate about customer experience *Ability to learn new technologies, products, and systems quickly *Ability to work effectively within a team in a fast-paced, growth environment *Excellent verbal and written communication skills *Excellent grasp of the English language *Experience in writing engaging copy and content *Familiarity with analytics tools and SEO will be an asset *You have an unrelenting curiosity. WHAT YOU’LL DO:
*Deliver sustained and material growth experiments pushing to take the business to the next level *You’ll collaborate closely with design, engineering, product and sales teams to identify and execute high impact growth initiatives *You drive the vision of how we communicate simply and effectively across all channels *You will play an integral role in shaping the strategy and direction of our global growth: identifying, proposing, testing and implementing growth initiatives through rapid experimentation *Ideate and seamlessly execute the production of all product marketing content (e.g. case studies, sales enablement materials, product videos, web and email copy, competitive differentiation, white papers) communicating the unique capabilities of our platform in customer language *Collaborating with subject matter experts to create accurate and engaging content *Leverage data to understand our products, user journeys, and identify areas of opportunity *Focus on data, experimentation, testing and analytics to uncover key business insights and opportunities for scalable growth
