Replogic is an early-stage startup headquartered in the heart of Manhattan. Our mission is to build a platform that connects entrepreneurial brands with the gatekeepers to retail and passionate consumer ambassadors. We launched our MVP in July with a focus on connecting brands and manufacturers’ reps, and we are now building the consumer-facing component. We worked with thoughtbot in NYC for the first eight months of development, and now we have our own team and we’re expanding quickly. We’re maniacally focused on agile processes, and we want to bring that same spirit of experimentation and creativity to our growth efforts.

About the Job

We’re looking for an experienced growth hacker that can work closely with our design and development teams to maximize our pace of user acquisition and the ROI on our marketing efforts. The ideal candidate would have experience with early-stage startups and viral growth strategies for consumer apps. As Head of Growth, you will report directly to our CEO.

Requirements

  • Ability to work full time in NYC

  • A BA/BS and 4+ years working in roles focused on growing products

  • Growth mindset with a focus on creative experimentation

  • Excellent analytical as well as written and verbal communication skills

  • Programming experience strongly preferred.

  • A strong ability to distill key insights from quantitative and qualitative data, and to adapt or change direction based on the facts
