About the Role

We are seeking the Head of Growth for our San Francisco headquarters to grow awareness, engagement and adoption of the NEAR protocol by building out the growth organization, defining the growth strategy and successfully executing that strategy. Key prongs will be community engagement and content production but the role is intentionally flexible against the key metric of protocol adoption.

This is a very high ownership position and the outcomes are very visible. You will excel if you're a highly communicative leader who has strong experience building growth teams for technical products and a strong get-shit-done quotient.

  1. Drive substantial growth in core metrics at all stages of the user funnel, ultimately leading to adoption and usage.
  2. Create the NEAR growth roadmap and fully own the delivery of its objectives.
  3. Build out and lead the growth team at NEAR.

Key Requirements

  1. A clear track record of world class performance in growth or marketing leadership roles.
  2. Experience building out and leading growth or marketing teams in dynamic startup environments
  3. A strongly technical mindset and skill set
  4. Demonstrated passion for blockchain and developer ecosystems
  5. Excellent communication
