Here at Mavenoid, we're working on AI for troubleshooting technical products: dishwashers, printers, robotic lawn mowers, trucks, just to name a few examples. We do this by automating repetitive, tedious technical support with a smart virtual agent on the webpage. Born out of diagnosing tanks for the Swedish Armed Forces, today our platform is used by global companies to empower their customers to repair more and replace less. Our company was founded by Palantir and Google alumni, and we’re backed by Point Nine Capital and Creandum.
