Required Experience and Knowledge: ● Minimum 2 years of digital marketing experience ● A track record of success building out and scaling Facebook advertising campaigns ● You love using data to guide all of your decision makings ● Experience working with both WordPress and Shopify ● Understand the basics of successful A/B testing and optimization ● Experience gaining data-driven insights from Google Analytics and Sheets/Excel ● Experience using Marketing Automation apps such as HubSpot or Active Campaign ● Experience building out segmented lists and automated behavior-based email campaigns
Bonus Points: ● HTML and CSS knowledge ● Experience using Google AdWords and Google Display Network ● Familiar with the basics of persuasion and human psychology
