Atolla leverages machine learning to deliver personalized skincare products based on an individual's actual skin data. Our mission is to help our customers feel more confident in their skin and their skincare. We put them back in control of the skincare experiment through a scientific understanding of their skin and delivering adaptive personalized products.
As we gear up for a national launch this spring, we're looking to grow our team with people who are data-driven and are excited to define the future of the skincare industry. As a Growth Marketing Manager, you will be focused on helping us building our marketing flywheel. You will be responsible for creating a strong relationship with our users across channels and optimizing multi-touchpoint user journeys.
What you will be working on: - Using a rigorous data-driven approach to understand, acquire, and retain customers - Defining and executing Atolla's growth plan and marketing strategy across channels, including owned (email, social), paid (ads), and earned (SEO, word of mouth) - Planning and executing experiments and conversion tests in order to optimize the Atolla marketing funnel - Measuring and reporting performance of marketing campaigns against business goals (ROIs and KPIs) - Providing customer insights by combining performance data with deep understanding of user behavior
Who you are: - Minimum of 2-3 years of full-time experience designing and managing growth marketing campaigns - Expert knowledge of campaign in Google AdWords, Facebook, Instagram and Email - Experience developing marketing analytics reporting structures for growth marketing organizations, including tools like Google Analytics - Creative and empathetic, caring deeply about users and building precise target and meaningful on-brand experiences - Strong oral and written communication skills; extreme attention to detail - Comfortable with a fast-paced environment and can adapt quickly
