Lina is making the private practice viable again by creating the space, community, and support for independent health practitioners to thrive. We stand with practitioners and the people they care for, with the goal of delivering the best experience for all.

We’re hiring a growth marketer to work on our end-to-end funnel. You’ll work directly with our Head of Product on the process, planning, and execution of our growth strategy.

Who you are

  • 2+ years experience in growth marketing (or similar roles in product or quantitative marketing)
  • Passionate about growth marketing and are deeply invested in personal and professional growth
  • A T-shaped marketer who can speak to broad layers but has a depth of experience in at least one channel
  • You think about growth as a system and not a series of tactics
  • Obsessive about understanding customer psychology and are excited to engage with customers directly
  • Use both quantitative data and qualitative data to drive decisions, and can speak to the role of both of these in our growth process
  • You can align customer needs with business needs
  • You’re comfortablworking autonomously and prefer to make your own decisions vs. being told what to do next
  • Familiarity with goal-setting frameworks and are excited to help shape this for our growth efforts
  • You’re self-reflective and are comfortable speaking to your strengths and weaknesses
  • Obsessive about results, not output
  • Talented copywriter and storyteller
  • You’re comfortable working in an early-stage startup environment where ambiguity is normal, priorities may change, and there’s no defined playbook

A few things you’ll be working to solve

  • Expanding upon acquisition channels that will bring qualified leads into our funnel
  • Managing our strong lead scoring system to prioritize lead nurturing and to provide the right signals to Sales
  • Managing our lead nurturing program to move leads through our funnel and to keep waitlisted opportunities warm for current or future Lina spaces
  • Helping to pre-qualify new locations for future Lina spaces
  • Defining and articulating the many variables in our customer’s buying process

You should have the following skills or experience

  • How to use brand guidelines in copy and design
  • Designing experiments with a track record of success
  • Ability to make HTML/CSS adjustments in code
  • Using analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics)
  • CRMs and Marketing Automation Software (e.g. HubSpot, Marketo, etc)
  • Data analysis in spreadsheets (you love pivot tables)
  • Strong opinions on design, UI, and UX
  • SEO (on-page and off-page)
  • Managing PPC campaigns
