Responsibilities - Concept, execute, analyze, optimize all digital marketing efforts across online channels - Define, measure, and optimize activity metrics such as CAC, LTV, ROI, etc. - Manage messaging & content for all social and digital channels - Assist in project managing the development of creative campaigns - Build and optimize campaigns for Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and other relevant digital platforms - Implement single and multivariate tests to increase campaign efficiency - Define and optimize conversions KPIs through structured tests and analysis - Always on top of current events, social/digital media trends and any target market industry trends that impact business - Uncover channels and communities, promote authentic value propositions, and drive adoption - Consider the bigger picture; quickly ideate, test, optimize, and repeat; present with evidence

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities - 3-5+ years of experience in digital marketing/growth, preferably with early to mid-stage startups - Must be extremely proficient in written and spoken English. - Very familiar with SEO, ASO, SEM, DSPs, social, paid, and influencer development, word of mouth, email marketing, push notifications, traditional, mobile, native, web, programmatic display, etc. - Experience working with: Facebook Ads Manager, Google Adwords, MailChimp, Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Shopify. - Hands-on Facebook campaign management experience, and a strong perspective of what works for the channel: excellent working knowledge of preferred targeting and bidding capabilities in Power Editor - Success in the past inventing and executing on creative digital growth strategies with limited resources - Experience with email marketing, building new lists, segmenting, configuring sequences, testing performance, and driving both immediate and a long tail of adoption - Data-driven, comfortable with handling large data sets. Experience with SQL a plus. - Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relevant reporting to detail results of various efforts internally - Ability to direct the design and implementation of conversion-focused landing pages, funnels - Ability to quickly learn new technology platforms - Organized “doer” with an action-oriented mindset to tackle big and small tasks - Self-starter, ambitious, creative, and a team player - Deeply committed to helping others live happier, healthier lives
