This Company is looking for a reliable Data Entry Clerk to aid our Accounting Department in a busy office setting. In this entry level position you will be working directly with our Finance Manager in learning and navigating our day to day operations in accounting. You will be trained on the products and services this company offers as well as gain experience in the accounting position geared towards our industry standards.
Duties include but are not limited to the following: -Conducting Credit Reports for New Customer -Assist in Creating Customer Invoices -Assist in Maintaining All Customer Records -Assist collection calls on past due balances -Data Entry of payable invoices -Light filing and organization of payable ledgers -Data Entry of credit card payments -Answer Customer/Vendor Emails -Research and Assist in Customer Disputes -Creating Purchase Orders
