JOB DESCRIPTION & RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Community Assistant Development role is designed to support the Community Marketing Manager in its ultimate goal of continuously add value to the Growth Hackers community’s users. The role’s main responsibilities are:
Support the Community through our Help Desk Center (reply tickets on HappyFox) Send out certificates to Growth Masters (Growth University) Work with the Community Manager to strategize the content to be shared on our social media (blog, newsletter, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn)

Native English (speaking and writing);
Social media enthusiastic;
Analytical and Growth Mindset focused on scalable processes;
Outstanding communication, interpersonal and presentation skills;
