Project Sunroof by Google was pretty cool: https://www.google.com/get/sunroof
Thanks for checking it out Steven!
Sweet, that's a good resource that'll keep me busy for the rest of the day :) Thanks!
It's great to hear of a platform that actually takes privacy seriously. Blockchain sounds like an inventive tool that will rapidly become popular, or maybe it is already. It's the first of heard of it.
I look forward to hearing more about it and how the influencers like it. Thank you for sharing this!
Thanks for explaining the blockchain technology with us. It's good to know there is something out there to protect our privacy.

The blockchain is a technology which is growing to a greater extent and people are more into this. Making the social networks private is a big deal.
Thanks for sharing.
Although I'm aware of blockchain technology "at the edges", I hadn't come across Obsidian the coin and network. I like the concept of being paid for good content, and will have a look at Steemit too.
I suppose I don't mind targeted ads being served at me on Facebook, but the lack of privacy is worrying. Still, the answer is plain... it's their free platform and no-one is forcing me to use it. Obviously I am paying in loss of privacy rather than money.
That just makes the blockchain concept more attractive.
Very interesting article Ramin, thanks for sharing.
Steemit is fascinating the heck out of me Ramin. I add a blog post - aka video - to it daily. When I find the 86th hour to network over there LOL I will see greater growth. Even doing it passively though I see monster potential as I earn Steem Dollar weekly and convert some to Bitcoin and keep some as Steemers.
That's an interesting question. I wonder if they'll take those steps, or work hard to "fight" decentralized social media platforms.
Interesting. I'm always interested in secure messengers in particular because I don't think there's one that's perfect yet.
We're at a time where end to end encryption is available for our messengers which sure is a huge step up from the past, but open-sourced end to end encrypted, decentralized messengers may be the end game.
In any case, they're certainly needed. Privacy only goes away if we allow it to.
