    This era of content marketing requires more than just gathering the date. The use of UGC can be one of the effective techniques to boost the content marketing.
    People like to give their feedback if you let them. The e-commerce websites like Amazon are leveraging their ads with the reviews.

      They like to give feedback if you make it EASY and get it live right away. Many will find out that if there is a delay in posting people won't bother because they don't know if they're wasting their time or not.

    HI Shannele,
    Great Share.
    Customers and fans are waiting out to be heard to be featured. What may seem to be a small thing for businesses, a normal layman might be dreaming to see his image on a coke bottle or on the shopify homepage.

    So yes we can leverage this to create new UGC and help brands build their prospect funnel :)

    I had no idea that most customer reviews are written on Saturdays at 8 AM and the least on Thursdays at 3 PM. That certainly is an interesting piece of information. The video was also super helpful for us to implement the best practices when asking for post-purchase reviews from customers.
    Creating a landing page that converts is a job that needs attention to detail and also data to back up any changes that are made. Loved this article!

    Content marketing, to be effective, must be based around solid data, and acquiring such data is best done via customer behaviours (purchases, feedback, reviews, etc.).

    Once you know more about your customer behaviours, you can then effectively market your content and products more effectively!

    This concept is simple and powerful; ask fans for feedback, they share feedback, other fans vibe with feedback and buy in too. Collecting data helps you back this feedback, to move from supposition to certainty.

    Hey; we all wanna be heard. Give fans a platform through which to speak, and you attract more like-minded fans plus the foundation for raw data, to see where your most loyal customers are.

    Hi Shanelle,

    I really like the concept of UCG. Allowing consumers to give feedback is not only important for the business but for future sales. If we're unable to obtain feedback/reviews from our customers, how do go forward? How do we know what they like or dislike? By being able to generate this date in a simplified process, is a win-win for all involved.

    Hi Shanelle, UGC is become more and more popular and valuable to businesses. People love sharing a product if they love it and it solved a need. What better way to share than with a video or photo? People love to read reviews before purchasing so this is a great way for people to shop and make purchases. It's great for companies too to share these reviews by their valuable customers :)

    My company utilizes UGC heavily and we're about to throw more time and energy into it since we're finally expanding onto our own platform (vs solely 3rd party marketplaces.)

    From contests and giveaways from people sharing pictures with our products to reviews and testimonials, I'll admit we aren't the clearest on what's working best. We know it's working and it's valuable, but it'd be really interesting to know what exactly is having the most impact. It's amazing all of the new technology that's coming out to dig deeper. I enjoyed reading this.

    I think we have reached a point where content is no longer the traditional type. Businesses need to take it to a whole new level and UGC is ONE of the best way to work on!
