Great read! :) The power of working 1-on-1 with new users and being super helpful at work. Love it!
thanks @ramin yes working 1-on-1 is super essential, and pays back so well in so many ways. what would be your top tip for helping people in their work?
p.s. your friend @SteliE at Close.io was such an inspiration for this post. :)
Great read Paul, thank you! Very timely advice for my startup and taking it to heart. It's always helpful to remember where you are at and what your goal should be right now. I think a big part is not getting ahead of yourself, even if you're not a paid product. If you're in the initial stages, you may be more focused on validating your ideas, in which case things don't have to be scalable or even positive ROI. Sometimes we get to ahead of ourselves thinking we have to build the product and biz model that's going to take us to a unicorn status right off the bat. Hand hold customers, learn from them, you'll get twice as much feedback. Worry about changing this process to be scalable and positive in your ROI later. Like you said, focus on making the customer successful first. Thanks again.
