    I don't even need to read this to know it's true and get behind it.
    I was dealing with a live chat person last night. I love live chat, but if you're going to do it - man, do it right.
    That's now how I rate customer service - if your live chat up to par or even if you HAVE live chat and you're a multimillion dollar company.
