This is pretty cool. It shows that even if you are a company like Google, if you don't have the customer at the center of your business strategy, you'll die a slow painful death. Thanks for the share.

The thing about great customer experience is - it is never about doing something out of the world occasionally but about being consistently above average. Great share!

I think that in North America, we do a really good job of trying to create a great customer experience, and if you get into the Asian part of the world they do a phenomenal job of what I would call really delivering an exceptionally high level of interaction – one on one, especially in the hospitality industry. It's important to understand the audience especially when you are serving across geographies.

They are so loved because they are pioneer in their corresponding business and have great access to the consumers. Moreover, they are well-invested and well-thought. I agree that they understand their customers needs which made them more engaging and useful.
